Trying to get the appointment was the hardest part I was on hold waiting to schedule an appointment for over an hour. The provider and the medical team was amazing so it was worth the hold time on the phone

Everyone involved in my first appointment at First Hill OBGYN was amazing and a pleasure to meet. For an early appointment everyone was welcoming and cheerful, something I know is not always easy in healthcare. From front desk help, checking in, and seeing the provider everyone was welcoming and made me feel at ease. Hillary was very warm and built great rapport quickly. I appreciated that she took time to hear my reasoning for the procedure, understood future fertility plans, and gave alternative options without being too pushy. Her procedural skills were excellent and as painless as possible. I appreciate her professionalism and kindness. I feel grateful for such a positive experience, it can be intimidating finding a new OBGYN practice and everyone made it a seamless transition. Thank you!

NP Glass was very courteous, patient, knowledgeable, transparent, and showed genuine care towards me as a human being and took great care and ishe was diligent in performing the IUD insertion procedure!
