Dr. Hilary Sarah Jones, MD

Dr. Jones was very unprofessional and rude. She talked negatively about a PA in the practice and also a PA at Convenient Care when I was following up about a diagnosis. I was honestly in disbelief! She refused to give medical advice because she did not agree with me about spacing out vaccines instead of giving 2 at the same time. She was argumentative and definitely belittling. Parents know their children. This was the first time (and last) she met mine. I will make sure we never see her again.

She was cold, condescending and downright mean to my 10 year old daughter. It's a shame because every other doctor in that practice is professional. This woman must have some SERIOUS issues going on to bring this type of behavior and attitude to work. I wouldn't take a pet snail to her, let alone a sick and impressionable child.

Took my children in for a sick exam. She never listened to their heart or lungs. She never introduced herself. I requested she not see my kids again. Next sick visit... she walks into the room. I asked her to leave and she had an attitude.

I have taken my children and my niece to Dr Jones for a number of years. She is an excellent Doctor

I have been going to Tri-State Pediatrics for a long time and have never had a problem with Dr. Jones. She has joked with my kids, taken silly snap chats with them when they asked, and she has always taken my questions seriously. I may be one of those overly protective Mom’s and may ask the same question twice but she has never made me feel dumb or rushed. I’m thankful for her and for what she has done for my kids when they have been sick.

The rudest doctor ever! She came in, never said hello or introduced herself, said "what is the problem"? As I explained the symptoms of my daughter she said "yea" it's a virus, I see a lot of this. She will be fine. Let it run its course. As I looked at her she said" ok" well we'll see you later and strutted her fake blonde self out and on the way grabbed her cell phone that had been buzzing. Clearly NOT interested in her patients!

She saved my child's life. Diagnosed a hear ailment. My baby would have died without her fast diagnosis of an intestinal blockage. Annoyed to see other posters whining about bedside manner. Who cares? Glad we have decent doctors in rural PA.

She might be cold and robot like, however she figured out instantly the most obscure allergy my daughter had [lotion in tissues]. I would never had figured it out. Later on we found out she was allergic to the aloe in the lotion. My son had a weird rash on his arms. I was expecting a cream. No. She told me to stop eating all milk products [I was nursing him] . It worked! I like that she's not a pill pusher.
