This Dr acts like she doesn’t want her job. She doesn’t get back to me at all and I have been trying for a month to reach her. She started off as caring but I don’t know what happened because she’s the complete opposite of the person I met at my first visit. She doesn’t reply to messages in the portal nor does she follow up. I’m just not happy with her anymore. Her nurse keeps saying she going to get my paperwork sent to the office that I requested. I’m highly disappointed in her. I’ve contacted my insurance company about her behavior and they helped me find another primary care Dr. She gets an F in my book.

Dr Ragsdale is such a great physician. She truly listens to her patients and builds a relationship, rather than you feeling like a number when you are there. She is very thorough and cares for her patients!

Dr. Ragsdale is one of the good ones. She has the intangible, unteachable ability to make you feel like you are the only patient that matters. She is thorough and professional, while maintaining a warmth that you don’t often see in medicine anymore. The only thing that makes her office even better is her wonderful staff. We are so lucky to have this practice in Sylacauga!

Very friendly and proficient staff. The doctor took the time to listen to my concerns and actually cared about what I told her. I recommend her very highly to anyone who is tired of waiting in doctors lobbies for hours at a time only to be told that you don’t know what you are talking about!
