I have been a patient for several years and am now thinking of changing doctors. I had a recent diagnosis and was told my only options were to do nothing or get medication that had several side effects. I went home to think about it and later that week wanted to talk to the doctor more about treatment options. I was told that the doctor does not take phone calls from patients and I would have to wait for the nurse to call me back. So far, two days have passed with no return call. I was so disappointed.
