Dr Carnell has an incredible bedside manner. She listens to understand and provides easy to understand explanations and options. She never seems rushed and listens compassionately.

My dr is amazing

She is a negligent doctor in general terms. My concerns were taken for granted and I’m a person that takes care of my health and well being. The first time I saw her I communicated how worried I was about my weight, and did the same all my appointments. She didn’t pay attention and just told me to eat healthy when i am on diet all year long and exercise on a daily basis. Another concern I had was I’m having some difficulties getting pregnant, again she did not pay attention. My last appointment my dad suggested she ordered a couple exams and she was just worried if my insurance covered them or not as if she was going to pay for them, I don’t mind paying if I’m trying to find out on my own what’s going on. I’m getting my results back and turns out I have hashimoto disease and guess what! she tells me via message and won’t even give me a call to let me know but instead leaves a note online for me and won’t even think about leaving a referral even though she is my primary care, how crazy… is that? so I HAD TO CALL THE OFFICE TO GET ONE, not even think about giving it by herself. Just ridiculous, I could have had find this out sooner and maybe even AVOID ONE SURGERY if she had listened to what I was saying from the first time. Terrible, I would never go back to this lady. She does not listen or care about her patients. Her name is Hillary Carnell, never go to her, save your time and money. It’s very dangerous that a person like these is responsible for your health because all we can do as patients is communicate our concerns and hope for this people to at least listen and try to help. People like this woman should not be seeing patients.
