Dr. Hillary Pearson is a board-certified obstetrician-gynecologist who specializes in reproductive endocrinology. She earned her medical degree from the Jacobs School of Medicine & Biomedical Sciences at the University of Buffalo and brings eight years of clinical experience to her practice. Dr. Pearson focuses on helping individuals and couples navigate complex fertility challenges through comprehensive reproductive care.

Dr. Pearson practices at Northwell Health Hospital and Katz Women's Hospital at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, New York, as well as maintaining a location in Chappaqua, New York.
