Dr. Kode is compassionate, caring and listens to you. Her appointments run on time. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I thought her receptionist was rude. I can’t believe that’s how someone is treated when calling this office. I will not be going here . Found somewhere else already and they were absolutely wonderful making the appointment.

I've had some discouraging experiences with aloof, buttoned-up psychiatrists who seemed to just be going through the motions. That's not Dr. Kode. I have been seeing her for over a year and am so grateful to have found her. She actively listens and seems to genuinely care about finding solutions that work. She has helped identify the right balance of medications for me and has also been straightforward about lifestyle changes I need to make to manage my mental health and feel my best. If you want someone who blindly writes prescriptions, look elsewhere. If you want honest communication with an expert who wants you to be well, I highly recommend Dr. Kode.

My experience with Hima Kode, MD and her office staff has been delightful! I am a healthcare professional and have escorted many patients to their appointments with Dr. Kode. We are consistently greeted by Betty and Pat (the office staff) with smiles and kindness. Wait time for Dr. Kode is brief, if at all. Dr. Kode is kind and compassionate. She is thorough and patient. Medications or modifications in medication regimen(s) is given very careful consideration. Would recommend her services without hesitation!

i have battled mental health problems since the birth of my first child in 1978. after all these years i have finally and thankfully found a doctor who really understands me and has gotten me on the right medications.
