I’m so Grateful to this Doctor. I was struggling so hard with a heart rate that made it unbearable to do anything. Short of breath , could not sleep. Etc. He did an ablation and I’m enjoying so much relief. Thank you so much

Dr Shukla is very thorough when explaining things to you. He takes his time with you and makes sure that you understand. He is very patient with you and makes sure to answer all your questions.

Dr Shukla did an ablation on me and he was fantastic. He’s sincere, and listen to what I had to say and explained everything to me. His nurse and staff were outstanding. I would recommend him to anyone. So glad my heart Dr recommended him to me.

Office help misplaces my paperwork regularly. They claim they don't receive faxes. They had none of my allergies listed and this is vital information. I'm on Coumadin and need to know my results in a timely fashion yet they NEVER return my phone calls. They lie regularly. They're inept.

Dr. SHUKLA HIMSELF IS GREAT! HIS OFFICE STAFF, NOT SO MUCH. THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO CALL ME WITH MY FINANCIAL RESPONSIBILITY AND NEVER DID. I CALLED THEM THE DAY BEFORE AND THEY TOLD ME $5.00, THEN I RECEIVED A BILL FOR ALMOST $1,000.00! I HAVE CALLED OVER 10 TIMES AND SENT MESSAGES VIA PATIENT PORTAL TO NO AVAIL. OFFICE MGR CALLED ME FROM WEIRD NUMBER, AND WON'T CALL ME BACK. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AND WON'T BE PUT UP WITH IT. I WILL NOT PAY!!! I ASKED ON PORTAL FOR DOCTOR TO CALL ME, NEVER HAPPENED!!! MANAGER MICHELE CALLED ME FROM WEIRD NUMBER SO I DIDN'T ANSWER. I LISTENED TO MESSAGE AND CALLED HER BACK 3 MINUTES LATER SHE DIDN'T ANSWER, AND STILL HASN'T CALLED ME BACK OVER A MONTH LATER!!!

Very pleasant and thorough

I have had three ablations and one cardio version done by Dr. Shukla over the past 10 years. Follow up is usually with his PA whether you schedule your appointment with him or not. I saw Kristen who I actually liked because she was very professional and has a great patient approach. Dr Shukla tends to be more in a rush, not as good patient approach but after surgery it would be nice if he would see me so he can personally see how I am doing and feel like I am important enough to follow up with after surgery. I do feel like he is a very good doctor and feel at ease when he is my surgeon
