The doctor was great. Answered all my questions and gave great feedback. Cannot complain about Dr. Nguyen at all. The staff on the other hand were not friendly and almost rude in their talking with patients. One receptionist seemed annoyed with everyone she talked to and made me feel like I was doing something wrong just by talking to her. On top of it all the office didn't even have my appointment scheduled. Then they informed me that,even though it was their mistake, they had "decided" to see me. It was just a bad office experience. If staff doesn't like working with people they really should find another job.

Did not jump to conclusions. Did not type cast me as an older patient with typical problems. Spent time getting information and asking questions. Came up with alternatives to be tested. Got me into tests very quickly. Awaiting results now.

Dr. Nguyen is wonderful. He is easy to get along with, listens well, and really cares about his patients. His bedside manner is far superior to my last cardiologist who was always in and out way too quickly. I would recommend him to everyone.
