Had a mammogram with callback and had 2nd one with Ultrasound- never saw Dr Patel but gave me the result via Grace the Us tech

I saw Dr. Patel this morning for a recheck of my right breast which looked alittle funky on my mamo from last week. I underwent another mamo and also an ultra sound and everything was fine. Also, my tech for the mamo , Doreen, was super pleasant and reasuring Dr. Patel was also very pleasant and I felt very confident with this diagnosis.

Dr. Patel and the staff at AMI did a splendid job. The procedure was conducted in a professional, thorough and caring manner. Thank you.

Dr Patel and staff are excellent. I went in for a second mammogram and then sonogram and naturally very nervous. From X-ray tech to sonogram tech to Dr Patel couldn’t have treated me better.

I was very nervous for my thyroid biopsy, but Dr. Patel and his team were able to calm my fears. Everyone was kind and reassuring. Details of the procedure were discussed thoroughly by everyone. The entire team comforted me throughout every step. The biopsies were all performed quickly, smoothly and with care. Overall, was a very good experience.

I was here a week ago for this same procedure, a CT Mylogram! I was asked to come back to have it done again! I was not pleased about that at all, as it is not the most pleasant test to undergo, especially twice in a week. They said it was because there wasn’t enough dye in the spinal column to get accurate pictures! After the procedure is done and the dye is injected, I should go straight to CT. I waited for over a half hour before I went into CT, which is most likely the reason for the dye no longer being as clear as it should have been. I then had a very unpleasant two days back and forth on the phone trying to get answers to my questions as to why I needed to have this test done again. I was put on hold numerous times, disconnected, hung up on, waited again. I heard employees complaining in the background. I was very disappointed! That being said, I’ve always been very happy and satisfied with AMI in the past for all my past diagnostic tests. This time was no exception! Dr. H Patel… was quite friendly and professional as well as the staff of AMI in Wall.
