I’ve moved up to Ft.Wayne and needed a rheumatologist closer. He sat there and asked questions. I’ve had many diagnoses for the past 13 years. He sat there and told me that my blood tests (which were done prior month) looked fine and to come back and see him when I’m hurting. He didn’t even listen to me when I tell him I’ve been on prednisone for the past 4 months. He lit a fire under my rheumatologist in my hometown.

He is very dismissive. Doesn't listen to what you say when he asks you questions. As I am answering them, he stares at his computer the entire time. Rarely makes eye contact. Hasn't even tried to figure out what's going on with me. I have had 3 appointments with him, and he has spent a total of 20 minutes with me. I am not asking for him to give me an inaccurate diagnosis as I realize it takes time to figure things out, but in the meantime treating the symptoms would be great so I could get some relief from my increasing symptoms and pain.
