Dr. Hirschel David Mcginnis, MD

I have found Dr McGinnis to be an extremely knowledgeable doctor who cares about his patients 100% as experienced by myself today. Yes he is direct, expects his directives to be followed but the end goal is that the patient eventually feels better. I am fortunate to have been treated by Dr. McGinnis.

As another healthcare professional, I have experienced Dr.Mcginnis to be very rude and poor communication with every encounter. He did not put our common patient needs first even when an emergency intervention was needed and was very arrogant about it. There is no need to talk down to anyone in any situation especially when working with people. I have experienced he places blame instead of finding a solution to provide top quality care to the patient and comes off as he has a god complex where he thinks he is never wrong regardless of what test have showed. I do not recommend Dr. Maginnis in any situation and I will not be going back to him with any patient I take care of.

Dr. McGinnis showed an immediate interest in my well being. He thoroughly explained my situation and openly discussed options. It was one of the best experiences I have had with the medical profession. Dr. McGinnis is a true professional!

I went in for a breast biopsy terrified- he was so nice and helped me relax with his nice friendly demeanor. I was very lucky and my biopsy was benign - if you ever need this done go to him - he is absolutely wonderful!

I was fortunate enough to have Dr. McGinnis perform two separate procedures for me. The first time I met with him he took the time to go over the entire procedure in detail with me. He didn't rush me and made sure I had no questions going into the procedure. He was professional and caring. My procedure was very successful. A year later, I had to go in for a different procedure. I was very happy and immediately relieved when I found out that Dr. McGinnis would be performing this one as well. Again, he took the time to go through all the steps and he spoke to me through the entire procedure. I would highly recommend Dr. McGinnis. He is professional, knowledgeable and caring.

He may be a good radiologist but his patient skills are non-existent. I had appt with him for an injection and he was very put out because he could not reach me to change appt because he had something personal to do. I paid for it on the table getting the injection
