I have been a patient of Dr El-Kadi for several years. He is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me tremendously with my arthritis. He listens and does not rush you. Everyone that works there is also very professional and helpful.

Absolutely awful, terrible, and rude front staff. We were just yelled at in front of a room of people because the staff couldn't figure out how to use any of our TWO insurances that we have and they said they accept. Very rude, lazy and unprofessional front staff. I don't know how the doctor is because we walked out after we were embarrassingly yelled at in front of an entire waiting room. After we were yelled at 3 of their current patients said they had issues with the front office as well. This is not an isolated incident. Read the AOADoctors reviews on google and you will see other people had similar experiences with the rude staff at this place. Avoid this practice at all cost.
