Dr. Hisham Elgenaidi, MD

Dr. ElGenaidi refuses to return phone calls. I called his office 5 times in the last 10 days and still haven’t heard from him. His incompetent staff turned a 3 to 4 day process to get medicine approved into 3 months and I still have no meds. I wouldn’t recommend this doctor to anyone ever!

He is by far an excellent Doctor, Very caring and concerned in helping his patients!

I agree. the doctor is magnificent!! He cured my mum of Hep C. She had tried 3 other things and two other doctors before. The staff is horrible. They don't know what they should and they don't follow up Most importantly they called to reschedule my mum's appointment and couldn't say why or where the doctor was. After repeated attempts and calls to see if the doctor left the practice we have been give no info and if he did leave they refuse to say where he is now. We reserve the right to know where our doctor is especially since he saved her. We don't care if you don;t want us to leave your practice to follow him, that is our right.

This man diagnosed me with hepatitis C genotype 3a, and got me on the medicine (Epclusa) which I am very grateful for. This was in the beginning of May. I was supposed to get a 4 week, 8 week, 12 week, 24 week, and 48 week blood tests from him and his staff at Loudes Medical Associates in Cherry Hill, yet I get a call a couple weeks before my appointments 4x and get told that I can't be seen and to reschedule. So instead of being tended to and getting my blood drawn every 4 weeks to see what my viral load is (we want it at 0), I am given poor excuses as to why my appointment was given away to someone else. I sit here as anxious as possible wanting to know my blood results. Did I get cured? HORRIBLE STAFF, HORRIBLE DOCTOR, STAY -AWAY- IF YOU WANT TO BE PAID EVEN REMOTE ATTENTION TO
