Dr. Hitham Hashem Khalil, MD

I went to Dr. Khalil for a second opinion. He has operated on me twice with my back. He is one of the best surgeons I've ever experienced. He's kind, respectful, caring, attentive. His staff is also amazing and courteous. I would recommend him one million times over. I live in Douglas, Georgia and wherever he goes, I will follow because I know I'm going to get the best care possible. I wish I would've known about him from the beginning because I probably wouldn't have had to go through the first two surgeries. The first surgeon blamed it on my weight but I was in an auto accident in 2014. Dr Khalil made no mention of my weight before or after either one of my surgeries. Although I know weight can have a bearing on your joints. I've lost an incredible amount of weight since then. The pain I was having is no longer a problem. I still have degenerative arthritis in my back and just found out I have arthritis in both my knees. I will be scheduling an appointment with him to help with the… arthritis in my knees. Thank you Dr. Khalil for all you've done so far.

Dr Khalil is an outstanding doctor. Very patient oriented. He listens and explains on your level. He has operated on me 3 times and I have done great! He makes you feel like family. His office staff is great. I wish all doctors and doctor offices were like them! Dr Khalil is the best!

Patient since 2016. Could not ask for a BETTER DR. Treats patients with respect. Answers all questions and begins every visit with a hand shake. Best office staff I have ever experienced.

The best neurosurgeon in Valdosta,miracle worker!

So far everything has be good ;he does not give any medicine!!!! He has done great by me so far; fixing to have surgery soon! Hope i fill the same way after it's over?

This surgeon has not checked on my son since surgery which was 12 hours ago! He has not subscribed medication that will manage his pain. This is unbelievable! My son is in tears with pain and the hospital won't do anything for my son either! There's no way a person can heal in this kind of pain! I would never recommend this quack!

I believe a lot of negative experience was had to the association of his previous practice.

He installed a over sized clap in my back after my first follow up appointment he would not see me he sent me to pain management.. Another back doctor had to remove the oversized clap.. Don't use him...
