have been a patient of Dr. Oei for over 12 years and have followed him from his previous practice to his current location. He is an exceptional doctor who takes the time to address my questions and concerns thoughtfully. Dr. Oei always offers various treatment options and is open to exploring alternatives, including holistic approaches, especially when medications come with significant side effects. What truly sets him apart is his genuine interest in my life. He often asks about my spouse and children, and lately, since my mother has been accompanying me to appointments while my husband stays home with our kids, he has been attentive to how my husband is doing as well. He remembers the details about my husband’s career as a law enforcement officer, which shows that he sees me as more than just a patient; he values my family's well-being. This level of care makes a significant difference in my healthcare experience. Dr. Oei understands that it's not just about prescribing… medication; it’s about caring for the whole person. He considers factors like mental health, genetics, family life, stress, and even hobbies that help with relaxation. I truly appreciate his holistic approach to health. I am truly grateful and feel blessed to have him as my RA and Internal Medicine doctor. The staff at Dr. Oei's practice is always pleasant and incredibly understanding, especially when I needed to communicate that we no longer had insurance. They are flexible with scheduling appointments to accommodate my needs. Even during busy times, the wait is usually no longer than 15 to 20 minutes, and we typically arrive at least 45 minutes to an hour early. On my most recent visit, the lobby was empty, and despite being an hour early, we were called back for our appointment in less than five minutes after check-in.
