Dr. Holli Sue Banister, MD

I have been a patient of Dr. Bannister for around ten years. It’s always a pleasure to see her. She is friendly and helps to motivate me to do better. She is my cheerleader. I appreciate her so much and hope she can be my personal physician for the rest of my life. I totally recommend her.

It was easy to schedule and the front desk staff was very nice and helpful. I did not wait long at all to see the doctor and the nurse was very nice and took the time to listen to me. The overall appointment was frustrating for me. I felt I was not listened to and was very rushed. She seemed to have her mind made up without looking at any of your medical history. I left with more questions than answers...

I was searching for a female doctor near my home. I was referred to Dr. Banister through my massage therapist. I made an appointment and I loved her. She takes the time to listen and answer questions. She is thorough and she talks to you in a way that you feel comfortable discussing your most intimate concerns. I recommend her every chance I get. When I use the online system she always answers back with in 24 hours and I never have to wait more than a couple of days for an appointment. All the staff at Summit View Clinic are helpful, courteous and friendly.

Several years ago a family inquired a primary dr. for the family with this clinic summit View Clinic in Puyallup. Just this past week a called to make an appt. and it took two weeks and NO return phone call by this dr. or her nursey assistant. How sad that this people UNprofessionally treating their patients....The Asian community had the same problem with this clinic and we are also filing a complain with the WA State Health Dept. so that the refusal to return phone call and denying a walk in due to the race a people ----all of that is Pure Discrimination. 10/22/14. These folks do not belong in the health business of dealing with people's lives. Come on this is not back in the old day.......2014. How is one of them had to go through this.......a private investigator is being look at several of this matter brought up by several people......when told that we will file a complain with the WA St. Health Dept. a lady said, we do care and get out of there or we will call a… police.....how sad and how sick.... you treat people that need your help. They are at the mercy of you to help them.......This is cold blood.....matter and need to be reprementing.

I have NEVER had to wait for my appointment. Very often Iarrive early and am walking out of the office at my scheduled appointment time!
