While Ms. Allred gives adequate care, her front office staff is quite rude and dismissive. The office atmosphere is clearly evident by a lobby sign stating to ask for an application if not satisfied with the customer service experience. While this signage might be appropriate in a fast food setting, a medical office is really not the best placement for this type of passive aggression, in my opinion. Perhaps a gentler notification such as, "Please be patient, we strive to provide every one great service, that may take a moment, Thank you " might be more appropriate in a professional setting. When I suggested this, I was told I was difficult and aggressive. What???"
