Dr. Holly Bienenstock, DO

Dr. Bienenstock is very helpful and understanding, she has a good bedside manner and is caring. I would highly recommend her to other patients.

She is too busy to be a one one doctor. Her visit is short and not thorough or informative. Rushed, a bit rude, and i feel neglectful. Going to find a dr that listens and remembers you and your medical history.

My husband called Dr. Bienenstock after not being seen for two years. She prescribed Klonopin, a benzodiazepine over the phone. In this day and age of abuse and addiction and the fact that stopping Klonopin can cause seizures, why would any doctor in their right mind do such a thing without an updated history and physical exam? My husband actually requested something not in the benzo category and her response was "that's not what you want". Seriously?

I left my last GP because I felt she was barely listening and kept pushing medication on me w/o giving me any other options. I hit the jackpot when I found Dr. Bienenstock. I really appreciate the fact that she does not push medication unless necc. I have been to appts where she has given me alternative methods. I have also had circumstances where she has given me medication. She explains her reasoning well and also pays attention to mind body relationship. I don't have any serious medical conditions but the issues I have had she has helped me thru it. If the doctors office is intimidating to you ( as it is to me) She is the perfect Dr for you. Staff is excellent always polite and respectful of your privacy. I highly recommend her!
