Incredibly rude, dismissive, not open to other points of view. Didn’t want to hear about my past and only deemed her “expertise” to be valid. Seems to forget that each patient is individual & requires care that matches that. I feel very strongly that her negative attitude & close-minded viewpoints on medicine and health are the perfect examples of what is wrong with Western Medicine. I hope you find a new way, Holly.

So sad.... I have been Dr.Cleney's patient since she first joined the Latham Community Care group practice 19 years ago. I had a great relationship with her so long as all I needed was an annual physical or a flu shot. As we both got older, my needs have changed, and she has moved up through the ranks. I am afraid she is a victim of the Peter Principle and had reached the level of relative incompetence. Her staff is large and changeable, and seem to be poorly super used. Her PA had missedh significant diagnosis a year ago, and made me miss months of valuable time. Now I am sick with COVID. I had requested a prescription for Paxl9vid which can shorten the duration of illness, and might prevent an increase of my other symptoms, which is likely to get worse with any infection. To my disappointment, Dr Cleney did not offer telehealth of any advice beyond "push fluids" and "you'll be fine". And then sent me a very insulting message saying that they will turn off portal access for me if… I choose to remain their patient! Obviously, I have to find another PCP. So sad

I am a new patient of Dr. Cleney. I made an Excellent choice ! She's an Awesome doctor and very caring to her patients.

Dr. Cleney is a caring and knowledgeable professional. She has been my family's health care provider for over six years. My daughter is away at college. Dr. Cleney has taken the time to communicate with her through their secure website when she had an ailment. I couldn't ask for a better physician.

Dr. Cleney has been caring for my family for several years. Over the years I have been consistently impressed by the depth and breadth of her knowledge. If I have done internet research in advance of an appointment to discuss various options or thoughts, she has invariably been well versed to address anything I've come up with on my own. Overall, love the practice, love this Dr., very comfortable entrusting the care of my family to her.

Dr. Cleney has been my family's primary care dr for approx. 5 years. We have had consistently positive experiences with her. Very satisfied.

I am dissabled and have been diagnosed with Multiple Screlosis for 6 years now through countless mri's cat scans and full nero physicals, and nero science specialists. Dr. cleney has been my primary care for 3 years through out this time she has never once written down allergy's I describe each time and at the apex of my experiences with her refutes my diagnoses verifyed by three of the capital districts nerologists and claims she can not understand where my pain is coming from (though my disease is a known incurable chronic pain disease) and actually said in my last visit with here that she thinks I have fibramyalga with not a single bit of medical proof other than her opinons. I say this in all honesty that I have never met a more distant and uncaring doctor whom refuses to familarize herself with my case. her latest offering for my crippling leg pain is asprin cream............wow
