Dr. Holly Sue Cooper, MD

I had the opportunity to meet Dr Cooper at the ER when I had an A-Fib issue. Her bed side manner was outstanding, made you feel very comfortable, her knowledge and abilities were over the top. Very professional and yet humble. In my line of work (police) I have been in dozens or ER's and this DR stands out above them all. I am grateful and thankful she was on duty when I needed her. I left with a great feeling and all issues I had were taken care of. This is the kind of DR you want as your primary, but thank GOD she prefers ER! Thank You DR Cooper, you are amazing!

My experience with Dr. Cooper was excellent! And as a former manager of 3 urgent care clinics, I’ve interacted with plenty of providers. She took a genuine interest in my concerns, and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with her diagnosis and treatment and was VERY encouraging! Too bad she’s an ER doctor only, I’d love to have her as my primary!

I was seen by Dr Cooper for back and chest pain 2 nights ago. I thought it was something serious (possible heart attack) and have had very poor experiences with doctors in the past, so I was pretty worked up going into it. She was unbelievably kind and reassuring. She took a lot of time to explain to me what was going on with my body and suggested different ways I could go about feeling better. She's absolutely incredible at what she does and I wish that there were more doctors like her. If she could be my primary physician, I would be so much more comfortable with getting routine care.

My sister has advanced liver disease with complications. In the ER where Dr. Cooper was on duty she was so rude to the family. Her comments were inappropriate. The comments made were more or less. "why did you bring her here, what are we suppose to do for her. Are you keeping her going for your benefit or hers. She's going to die so let her. Very inappropriate!
