Dr. Holly Ellis Dr. Ellis is a native of St. Louis, MO and now resides with her husband in the south city area of Holly Hills. She received her undergraduate degree in Cell/Molecular Biology at Missouri State University and her Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Missouri Kansas City School of Dentistry. She has been married to her husband Justin for 4 years and they have a beautiful basset hound named Pearl. In her free time Dr. Ellis enjoys traveling, the outdoors, spending time with her family and friends, and playing “Wheel of Fortune” (she was an actual contestant on the show in 2003!). Dr. Ellis dedicates herself to quality dental work by staying up to date on the latest dental technology and product information. She enjoys taking dental continuing education courses as well as staying active in local dental groups and study clubs. Can there be a nicer, friendly, thorough dentist than Dr. Ellis!? She was a breath of fresh air and extremely knowledgeable and took her time with patient care. I was on a hunt for a new dentist and I think I've found her!

My sleep appliance has worked wonders and the staff is always VERY accommodating. I couldn't be more pleased.

My visit to the Ellis Dental Office was a wonderful experience. Angela, the dental hygienist was very thorough, professional and friendly and Dr. O'Shaughnessy did a great exam-- together they found a filling that needed to be replaced. So, I went to lunch and returned to the office 2 hours later and had the filling re-done by Dr. O'Shaughnessy and Katie, the assistant. It was very quick and painless and Dr. O. kept me informed as she performed each step. By getting both treatments done in one day, I was saved an extra trip to the dentist. The whole staff was so kind and patient and made the day go very smoothly.

Dr. Ellis and her staff got me in right away and addressed all my issues. Having a fear of the dentist makes it a challenge to even book an appointment. They took my fear in to account and made me very comfortable, I will be back!!’

I saw Angela (Dental Hygenist) today for a deep cleaning. She made sure I was completely comfortable and relaxed the entire time. For someone with dental anxiety, this was huge for me! We had great conversation as well :) I left feeling great and for once actually looking forward to my next visit!!

This dental team is amazing. Everyone always has a smile and a pleasant comment. I am taken care of promptly. In addition to my dental needs Dr. Ellis has resolved my sleep apnea issues. Can’t say enough about this dental team and the staff!
