Dr. Holly Jeanette Wimpee Gunn, MD

Run, worst experience ever went in for a problem that really needed fixing. basically ignored what I came in for and started pushing a lot of expensive, cosmetic things and and told me she was going to do some injections. I absolutely refused because I don’t wanna put fillers in my face. They kept leaving me in the room, trying to force me into procedures that I did not want, The nurse kept coming in asking me what procedures I wanted and I kept telling her I didn’t want any of them. I wanted what I came in for fixed. I was left in the room probably two hours because I think they thought that was a way to force me into procedures I didn’t want. It’s kind of like a car salesman. They keep you there forever till they wear you down. I wanted to have something else fixed, but she ignored that I felt so violated and so irritated when I left !

This is the WORST experience I’ve ever had with a doctor. My husband and son went in with a skin issue (my husband’s being a lot worse). She explained to him the process and what may or may not happen (quickly as though she had to be somewhere else) however did not explain anything with my son’s condition (in which she used a different treatment method) and made us think the procedure would do the trick. It made it 3x worst (no exaggeration). When I go in for another appointment after 5 weeks, they tried to charge me again. When asked to talk to dr Gunn, she came off with such an attitude and talked more than listened. Horrible bed side manner. Very rushed and uncaring. You can usually tell the outcome of what you’re getting by the Dr’s demeanor or you could just look at the work they’ve had done. I do not recommend someone that does not take their time nor tries to make things better where they failed.

Dr. Gunn was so nice and knowledgeable. I'm so glad I found her. My skin looks so much better now.
