Dr. Homayara Haque Aziz, MD

As a doctor she was always great, but her practice is horrible. The front office refused to provide my adult daughter who does not live in my home but shares insurance due to my previous review. They handed her the review and told her the appointment was cancelled. She was in a bit of pain due to an IUD that felt as if was stabbing her,she ended up in the ER after care was refused

I don’t usually write reviews but in this case I feel as though I need too. My last appointment not only was I took in almost an hour late. My blood pressure was running high to the point the nurse took it twice and told me she was going to tell the doctor. The doctor says nothing about my blood pressure! The doctor comes in ask me one question does my Pap smear which was painful and then leaves the room. Didn’t even have time to tell her it was painful. That was all in less than 2 minutes. Doesn’t even tell me how I can clean myself up. Just up and leaves me there and tells me to go get my blood drawn. Then because I have to get my blood drawn I have to take my Pap smear stuff with me into the waiting room, to wait for me to be called! Like that’s not sanitary or professional at all. As well as the front desk staff you have to tell them why you are there in front of everyone!! That is extremely inappropriate and what happened to respecting patients privacy. As another medical… professional, I understand that she is a busy doctor. She is one of the only doctors who offer all these services at all different times. However, over booking and only spending 2 minutes with patients is not adequate care and patients deserve better than that. Reading other reviews and looking at how she is responding to other patients tells me that she is not understanding peoples concerns. I definitely agree as a last chance option she can get you in, but that does not mean she is providing adequate care.

Do not go to this doctor. She treats you poorly and the office wait time is horrible. The doctor can't keep up with why you need to see her. They are impersonal and communicate by text message instead of picking up the phone. I have to call repeatedly just to make an appointment.

Horrible HORRIBLE practice and horrible doctors that could care less about the patients! All they care about is making money and wasting your time! Had to make 3 doctors appointments to try and get birth control only to be told that I would need a 4th visit to get a 12 month supply! Like that makes absolutely no sense! Please read the other google reviews and see how they really have no concern about bettering their patients lives and only care about taking advantage of people financially! Worst decision I ever made was coming to see these people! Oh and the NP is completely awful! Must of gotten her license from Walmart!

They are more into making money, stay away!!

HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO!!! I am TTC and I had a consultation with her. She claimed that she did not receive the records and the records that I brought did not have everything that she wanted. I had to reschedule my appointment. I arrived early for the appointment only to find out that it was scheduled with the NP and not the MD that needed to perform the procedure. By this time I was very annoyed because I had to reschedule the appointment again When I finally saw her she had an attitude and stated that she did receive the papers that she needed but it was not sent in an official format. NOT CARING...DO NOT GO TO HER!!!!!!

The worst OB/GYN I’ve ever been to no kindness in her treatment whatsoever! Really sad. If you things that should have been a red flag before the final incident of refusing service arrogant and kind note beside manner. Claims her nurse practitioner is a doctor. If you dare say I am uncomfortable or worried she tells you to leave instead of providing concern and attention eager to make her money without concern for your health

Does not care about patient. Bedside manner is nonexistent. Worst medical practice I have ever seen. She overbooks and waiting time is 1 hour 30 minutes always. Office is not well kept, disorganized and billing department will call your emergency contact to collect a copay which you already paid.

Please warn anyone that would go to this OBGYN. Here are just some high level issues, this practice MUST be investigated. It is only 2 doctors that overbook appointments for the day and most of the time they are not even there or still commuting from their Glen Burnie office. On your first appointment they dont go over what to expect, what you can eat, medications, weight or ANYTHING. Other doctors give starter packets. When I told Dr. Aziz I was suffering so much I could not work she laughed and said "i'm not writing you a note because you have some nausea, put some vanilla on your nose". I went to Signature OBGYN and they put me on disability right away, it turns out I had hypermesis gravidarum. The wait time is usually 1 hour and 20 min, if you are sick it is painful. They spend less than 5 min with you, and dismiss any pain or issues you are having because they are just checking a box to for the insurance They claim in their ad to be the only women doctors… when Signature OBGYN is right down the street with luxury experience They DO NOT answer the phone, there is no one to call if you have an emergency or are in pain. You don't know what medications you can take because they give you no information and can't call to ask when a new issue comes up. They do not prescribe Zofran (Dr. Alexander) They cannot deliver at Howard County General which is right down the street They will not help with a doctors note when you're unable to work from sickness The office is REALLY small, just a dingy little dirty office where the small waiting room is overcrowded. Dr. Aziz clearly rented a very small space in a random office building. You have to go somewhere else to get Sonograms The bloodwork area is in the middle of a small hall outside of a hospital room in front of the one public restroom They do not give you any packets or information about being pregnant or review your progress, weight.

I would leave 0 stars if this was an option. I’ve never had such a bad experience with a dr in my life. You can rarely reach them on the phone. They were supposed to contact my insurance company to get a medication pre approved for my very severe sickness, they told me to wait 3-5 days and I would hear back. I called back 5 days later, no one had reached out to my insurance company and no one knew call me back. They told me they wouldn’t reach out to my insurance company because there was no way it would be covered. After I switched drs, my new dr got my medication approved in less than a week. The dr was the least informative dr I’ve ever seen. We came in for a pregnancy consult and she’s asking us what we want and demanding that I get a PAP test done. I told her that’s not why I came in, she didn’t give me any information on what to expect or how to register at the hospital I’d be delivering at or even next steps on prenatal care. My new dr told me I didn’t need a PAP test for 2… more years. On top of this, their facility was filthy. There was trash all over the floor in the waiting room. The dust in the windows in the patient room was unreal. They gave me a styrofoam cup for a urine sample. They told me to write my name on the side and when I was done, to put it in the case on the wall labeled samples. They didn’t give me a lid and when I went to put my sample in the case, there was another sample in there with no lid. Open. Someone else’s urine. If this is what they present outwardly to patients, I would hate to see what they keep behind closed doors. I highly recommend you find a different dr, this was hands down, the worst experience I’ve ever had with a dr.
