Dr Richer is fine BUT his staff is HORRIBLE & RUDE. Charge you for OV BUT you NEVER SEE the Dr.. Appts take F O R E V E R avg time 3 to 5 hrs waiting time for a 5 to 10 minute to see Dr. unless to start a conversation with him BEWARE OF THEIR TERM "QUICK EXAM" for less than 5 min by a new employee who does not know why or what procedure she is doing & the Dr. IS NOT IN THE OFFICE BUT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU UNTIL THEY WANT YOU COPAYfor yourQUICK EXAM VISIT I drove over 200 miles & over 2 hrs for a visit to NOT BE SEEN BY DR AS HE WAS NOT IN THE OFFICE NEVER AGAIN

Moved to Arizona and sure wish we could have taken Dr. Richer with us. He is a wonderful doctor miss him.

I have used Dr. Richer for a number of years, and I have been very pleased with his ministrations. That said, I recently had an urgent/emergency problem relating to one of my eyes. I called, was given an appt. for 10 days later. Then I went in, was told to sit down after I explained my situation, was ignored for an hour and then sent home. I went home, called another doctor with the same specialty and saw him within two hours, quite possibly saving my vision in one eye. I called today to cancel any further appointments and was put on hold. After five minutes I hung up.

because of him, my eyes are worst. every time I went to an office visit it was over 2 or 3 hrs. wait!
