Dr. Homero Renteria, MD

Doctors are stereotyped as being weird socially, and I’m not saying that’s the case here (I’m quick with cognition for medical stuff, and I’d say I’m a reasonable conversationalist, but neither of those traits of mine were tracked, by him ) …but he sure does do differential diagnoses like he’s an expert or something! Thanks to him my son got emergency care for what we went in for, AND the Dr. spotted an asymptomatic but enlarged appendix which would have been a big problem at some point. We’re lucky to have had a reason to get imaging, ordered by Dr Renteria, which means we caught it before it burst. Kayla Krattiger

This Dr should not be in a ER. He is very disrespectful, rude and arrogant. He is the reason I will never go to Three Crosses Hospital again. And yes I will let my friends know. I was there in February 2023. thank god I was transported to MMC. I was just sick when I saw how much he billed my insurance. He did not deserve more then $1.00.

He is disrespectful and rude. Instead of talking to me like a human being, he talked AT me like I was an uneducated monkey. He repeatedly interrupted me while I was trying to express concerns about my health, and dismissed my worries as if they didn't matter without even explaining why that couldn't be the issue. At the end of my visit, he didn't even discuss my lab results with me, he just gave me a packet of information to read, and prescribed me a medication I cant even take due to medical reasons, and he should have known that considering he's a "doctor". As another review stated, he is a joke, and it's true.
