Dr. Hong Ronnie Chen

Dr Chen is my go to for advice about other dentists. She is very particular about sterilization, not rushing your appointment, and making sure you understand the implications of your particular situation. She has both a solid application and research background. It’s always easy to get an appointment with her , she gets back to you, and she is extremely knowledgeable. The five appointments I have had with her have gone extremely well. I personally have never experienced an infection after her work and I have minimal pain. This is one of the few people that I would fully recommend .

I had to have a root canal done & Dr. Chen was kind, patient and thorough. She explained the procedure before, during, and afterward and I appreciated the time she took to do that, as this was my 1st root canal and I was so nervous and in a lot of pain. She took over 2 hours with me and I felt so much better afterward. Her assistant, Elena, was also very helpful with my insurance questions. All in all, a most positive experience in this office.

Everything was explained thoroughly. Procedure was painless with very little pain after. Highly recommend

Dr. Chen performed a root canal and was very thorough and professional, doing an excellent job. I have had prior root canals from other endodontists, and Dr. Chen's work was every bit as professional and expert. If I ever encounter any endodontic problems in the future, Dr. Chen will be the doctor to whom I go.

This doctor is very arrogant and condescending, does not listen to patient and treats patient like machine. Her office is understaffed. There was only one assistant during the procedure and the same person frequently went outside to the front desk to answer the phone, interrupting the procedure. Looks like the doctor just tries to save some money. Stay away!!!

This dentist is super uncaring! She is very cold and didn't care if I was uncomfortable during my root canal. She poked me sharply with her needle and did not care about giving me pain. I would NEVER refer anyone to rtp endodontics.
