Dr Davis is the best. She sees you in a timely manner. The office atmosphere is very pleasant. And as far as scheduling goes, the are top notch. No issues whatsoever with this office.

I highly recommend Dr. Hong Davis no matter what part of Dallas you live. Both her and her staff do there best to work around your schedule. On top of that Dr. HONG Davis has great bedside manners. If your looking for a physician that actually listens to you I strongly recommend her and her staff

Dr Hong is focused primarily on get rich quick medicone and you know this instantly from walking through the door. She has Dr Oz branded weight loss and "rejuvinations" advertised in the lobby and in our first appointment she couldnt humble brag by talking about "Chinese medicine predicting the opioid crisis". Her staff has extreme difficulty understanding medical terminology in English even though they are the kindest people in the office. I have no problem defending my statements by outing myself: my name is Jon and I was seen by her for suboxone management for opioid detoxification... Problem is that i work in the medical industry and I see many, many problems with her approach and even the legal exposure of what shes doing. She handed my case off to another doctor without personally telling me after taking my money (which actually isn't that bad... Even though suboxone programs can be free - doctors just choose to lie about it.) I felt awful after she sent her poor nurse into the… room without the proper English terminology for what she was doing. She has the ability and talent for being a good physician but sadly shes just as callous as the doctors who started the opioid crisis... Relying on people who have no other choice and the poorly informed to make quick cash. She will pretend to care about your feelings and be a Chinese-American super-doctor but she couldnt care less. My former GP had the experience and maturity to tell me when he couldn't do something, when he didnt know the answer, and when he needed a consult. Hong will rudely walk out of the room while youre talking, accusing you for drug seeking. See why thats a problem for a dependency specialist? See why that would be a problem for a woman asking about why you paid her for programs that she promised would work to reduce her weight, increase sex-drive, and prevent aging for? Her kind staff needs to find new employment opprotunities for themselves for but I wouldnt be surprised if she was abusing them too by underpaying them for H1B program referrals. Hong needs to grow up, tell her team and customers the truth about their conditions, manage their expectations better, and stop taking advantage of people who can't afford it, either with their wealth or their health.

Dr Hong Davis is an excellent doctor, with good bedside manners, does thorough job in having all the necessary tests done. He staff follows up to ensure that things are going well or of there are any questions.

I love their options and products, and they do a body comp breakdown instead of just weighing, so you know if you're losing fat, water, or muscle. They are very thorough and supportive, and never a scheduling mix-up. Diane is great and keeps me accountable to my weight loss goals! I continued to drive here from Carrollton even after my Groupon ended because I'm so happy with the service I'm receiving.
