Dr. Hong Hung Ho, MD

The very best ophthalmologist I have ever been to. She is no longer at the Milauskas Eye Institute, where I was seeing her, and I have not been able to locate her for my future vision care. Does anyone know where she is?

In this location support staff fair...I waited over an hour to see the doctor and each time I went into a pre visit the assistant told me a couple of minutes. NO ONE TOLD ME THAT THE DOCTOR WAS RUNNING BEHIND SCHEDULE. Adding insult to injury they wanted a co-pay which I had already paid as they overcharged me for a covered procedure the last time. I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE FRONT DESK TO LOCATE THE NOTES IN THE RECORD AND THEN WAS TOLD "I guess I will have to take your word for it." Palm Desert location is just as bad as when I arrived at an early appt. no one even looked up at me to acknowledge my presence.
