I've been going to Dr. Vu-James for several years. Had several colonoscopies and endoscopies. She always lets you know what's going on.

Dr Vu-James does not listen to a patient's concerns, she talks over a patient!

Patient and detail oriented. She spent a lot of time with me in the office and prepared me for my procedure which I was nervous about. I felt well prepared for it after our visit.

Lack of communication is not an assent. Having the patient languish in the hospital with little to no contact person to person is not a skill. Family being told by the nurses’ station they have no way to find the MD on the case is frightening. I suggest John Muir put some doctors through a refresher course on patient care. We no longer consider Muir our Contra Costa premier facility.
