Dr. Hongsheng Mark Guo, MD

I would like to share my story with all the patients looking forward to working with him. I had tachycardia for my entire life until Dr Guo convinced me that I needed an ablation. The ablation took almost 4 hours which left me with severe PTSD. The procedure went terribly wrong. My primary concern was never resolved. Now that I'm suffering more severe complications from the procedure that was supposed to help me with my symptoms. My family and I regretted that procedure every single day. After the procedure, Guo never checked in on all the complications. A few months after the procedure, I went into severe bradycardia that almost took my life. Now that I'm in palliative care. My family had to fly me back to the UK to see our cardiologists there. We also observed that the provider never stayed in the same facility for more than two years.

I had to change cardiologist and he was my new Dr. Our first meeting was really great. I felt listened to as l told him my history. He had looked at my history from my ER visit in the past for SVT. He said he wanted to get me off of Cartia and that cryoablation would have less risks than the radio ablation l had done but didn't work. I decided to go ahead with the surgery and l'm working on getting that set up. I really like my new doctor so far. Good listener.
