Dr. Hope Hayden Havener, MD

I wouuld not be alive if it wasn't for her care and concern for her patients. She diagnosed a serious medical condition and referred me to a specialist for immediate treatment. She's very professional and caring.

Dr. Havener treated me horribly and called me a label name that was not only insulting, but incorrect. I quit her with some anger that she treated me badly... she wrote on my record incorrect and wrong stuff and it left me very afraid of ever trusting a doctor ever again. I had the feeling she tapes her conversations in her office and transfers uneeded comments to the patient's record for all to see. I am recovering from her experience even years later.

Very disappointed! She’s an arrogant doctor i’ve ever seen. Seems like we need her but she and her staffs won’t care about our businesses. Never come back!

First off I wish it could be 0stars!! I have a family member that lives with me that has special needs. He has had a recent problem with severe anxiety and depression. My family choose this practice because we were told they were very professional and compassionate. WRONG!! During the Labor Day holiday my family member had such a hard time with any kind of reasoning we opted to take him to the er. He had a CT scan done at the er to rule out any issues with his abdominal cavities( growths , etc..). We had a sedated CT scheduled with this office but since the ER has already done this, we cancelled the CT with this office. This past week my family member was seen at the office by Dr Havener during which a MRI WAS scheduled that was supposed to be sedated because of his condition. That was scheduled for today. My wife and I both took off work because he is not the easiest person to get into medical office, he freaks out. When the MRI office called they told my wife that this was… not a sedated MRI, which we were under the impression it was because that’s what we asked for. My wife called Dr Haveners office to inquire about the miscommunication and was met with scorn and ridicule. Then Dr Havener called my wife back and not only defended her office staff and their inept practices but went as far as to telling my wife she needed therapy. We have for the past 90 days been dealing with someone who screams all night long, refuses to eat, and is basically reverted to a child of two years of age when he’s actually 43. We have been trying our best to try and work and help him with sometime only getting a couple hours of sleep each night. We are not medical professionals, and we had put our faith in this practice to try and help us. All we are trying to do is help him and we get treated this way. From here on out I will tell anyone who will listen to stay as far away from this practice as possible. They don’t care about you. They judge you for inquiring about miscommunications within the office that cost you money. They flat don’t care. I see lots of people in this community. I will make it my mission to make this dr feel like she made my wife feel. All of this because we are trying to help a family member who can’t help themself. What a shame. Such a disappointment. YOU DO NOT TREAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS!!!!!

I agree with other reviewers that Dr. Havener takes her time with you. However, when her office made a mistake in scheduling for imaging at another facility, she and her staff were very defensive and rude to me.

I waited over an hour to find a hostile condescending doctor. How does she keep her job!

As a patient, Dr. Hope Havener is the best physician I have ever had the privilege to turn over all my medical needs with the utmost confidence. I would recommend her to anyone.

I have been going to Dr. Havener for over 15yrs. She is by far the best doctor and internist that could ever have taking care of me and my family.

I haven't had great luck with finding a doctor I've been satisfied with until now. Dr. Havener is friendly, thorough, and professional, and her office staff is the same. I've had two visits in the past month, and was in and out of the office quickly but WITHOUT feeling rushed. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a quality physician!

VERY unprofessional. EXTREMELY rude. No bedside manner WHATSOEVER. Would not refer Havener to ANYONE!!!!!
