This is by far the worst doctor I have ever been to in my entire life. If I could zero or negative stars I would. They don’t even deserve 1 star but there isn’t a lower option. I just walked out of an appointment minutes ago untreated for an ear infection where I had to ask them if they had cover for the microscope they put in your ear to check for an ear infection, and dr.Chai became visibly angry when I asked him if he had a cover for This instrument (like I have seen at every single other doctors I have ever been to in my life) and says ‘what cover for? I am doctor don’t you trust me, I’ve been doing this long time’. He says he doesn’t have covers and After he cleans his instrument clearly very angered by my sanitary request. I then told him to be gentle because I have an ear infection and my ears are very sensitive. He was not gentle and quickly shoved this instrument in my ear where I had to push his hand and instrument away after saying ‘gentle gentle gentle’ He then puts his… hands around my ear without gloves on and mentions I have a lot of ear wax and I feel his finger start to go from the outside of my ear to the center. I panic and push his hand away gently and ask him if he wants to touch the inside of my ear to put gloves on. He. becomes. LIVID. He nearly starts steaming from the ears, INSTANTLY red faced and starts raising his voice louder and louder with each sentence saying things like ‘I’ve been doing this for 20 years don’t you see my certificate on the wall’ - ‘why don’t you trust me I’ve been doing this a long time, you don’t know more than me, you are the patient I am the doctor.’ - ‘don’t tell me what to do, you have to listen to to what I say, if you won’t listen to me I won’t treat you.’ I then politely tell him I was just asking him to be sanitary because I am used to covers of ear instruments and I am always used to doctors wearing gloves especially if they are putting their hands on my skin. He starts get louder and starts screaming and says ‘you don’t know what your talking about, I’ve been doing this 20 years, if you won’t let me do things how I’ve always done them then I won’t treat you.’ I said ‘so you aren’t going to treat me because I asked you to sanitize or cover your instrument going inside my ear or because I asked you to wear gloves?’ He then says ‘I don’t want to treat you anymore, leave my office, go find another doctor or Goto the ER, if you don’t leave right now I am going to call the police.’ I never raised my voice, I was sitting the whole time with my arms crossed and trying to talk with reason about proper sanitation and explain my concerns. This doctor is unbelievably egotistical, temper-mental, hard to understand and communicate with you and thinks because he has a peice of paper on the wall he is God and doesn’t need to wear gloves, use proper sanitary equipment and thinks anyone and everyone should let him do whatever he wants without any questions asked. I’m sitting in the parking taking time out of my busy day because this doctor was so horrendously horrible I felt compelled to let other people know so that they don’t have a horrific experience like I just did today. I am about to call to find a new doctor, I am considering going and waiting at the ER for a few hours to get ear drops (which is how long it took me to do last time I did it) when all I needed was some ear drops that I have been prescribed before for years because my ear infection happens once a year usually in the winter. Worst doctor experience of my life. I would give negative 10 stars if I could.

How this doctor got his degree baffled me. He is the worse doctor know to the Khmer community. His office is a mess. My personal experience is horrible. He misdiagnosed a family member. And had to nerve to asked him why he went to the ER. Saying the ER hospital he went to just want money. I asked if the Hospital fax the doctors of what happened and what was done in ER. He kept arguing with me that its the Hospitals fault. He doesn't know of any fax. Until the staff showed him the faxed paper work. You are a doctor, don't spend time arguing with your patient. DO YOUR JOB!! If you love your family don't enroll with this doctor. Absolutely the worse. If I could rate him Zero stars I would but that's not an option. The worse, ever! Don't play with your loved ones lives. Please do yourselves a favor and choose any other doctors.

Worst doctor ever!!!! I DO NOT recommend this doctor at all!! First of, the wait time is more than three hours. The receptionist takes calls of patients and signs them in & the doctor spends more time talking to the patients in the lobby than what he spends doing his work in the exam room. When he walks in he takes two minutes with you then makes his "diagnosis" and walks straight out. He doesn't take any time to check you or hear your concerns. His prescriptions consists of getting a massage and salt water rinses. He doesn't care for his patients at all. He needs to retire! He should not even be called a doctor!!!!
