Dr. Hossam Mohamed Kandil, MD

I called his office on November 20th, 21st and 22nd, left messages all 3 times, it is now December 15th, and I am still waiting for a return call. They are all a joke in that office, including Dr. Kandil. Do not recommend.

His staff as well as him are very ignorant, he talks down to his patients,. I was scheduled for an endoscopy on August 25th, I had a ride set up, someone to stay with my dog and then me until boyfriend got home, I waited for the call the say before to see what time i had to be at the surgery center, never got a call. Called his office the next day, said it had been canceled on the 11th of August, and that they had called me. They never did call me. I called Monday the 11th of September to schedule an appointment at the Monroeville office, they said thay had no openings at that office, but had some at West Penn. I said that was too far for me to travel, the lady on the phone insisted that West Penn hospital was close to Monroeville and she insisted she was right. I will NEVER see this doctor again. His employees are juat as unprofessional as he is.

I had a really bad experience with this doctor. He was extremely judgmental and rude to me at my first appointment. The staff was wonderful but after seeing him I felt offended and disrespected. I was hoping to go to a doctor that would help me with my issues but I can honestly say I felt worse after seeing him. He barely spent any time with me and rushed through my symptoms and I do not like his attitude. I was extremely disappointed.
