Dr. Houshmand Joseph Naim, MD

When I first came to this office, Lailla T Vincent told me that I would never get approved for Bariatric Surgery. I said, just submit the paperwork, I was sure I would get approved. She kept pushing back, meanwhile people with Bentleys, and BMW's came to the office and got their surgery dates immediately in office while I watched. Turns out I did get approved for surgery. That is when all communication was cut off. She wouldn't answer emails, phone calls, she wouldn't return messages, my insurance called and my medical group called and asked for a surgery date and she didn't answer them. She refused to talk to me for more than 40 days and never answered any of my calls, even if it was just to say she was working on a date and for me to hold tight. I sent multiple emails she refused to answer also. I would have even taken a phone call saying, Dr. Naim doesn't want you or your insurance as a client so I could work towards getting a doctor somewhere else, but ignoring that I even exist is… childish and I had to file a grievance against them. Honestly I should be happy I know how they felt about me prior, they might have chopped me up like chicken livers in the operating room.
