Dr. Howard Aubert, MD

I would totally recommend Dr Aubert for any urology issues. He toatllyvlistened to my issues and symptoms in a concerned, caring and compassionate manner and he totally solved my problems.

I liked his office, the staff were professional, I didnt have to wait more than 5 minutes to be seen. He asked me what my issues were, looked at test results and planned a course of action, making sure I understood along the way. He also asked me if I had questions, listened and answered. Seems simple but a lot of Drs are in a hurry as he was but took time to consult.

Last week my mother, who only speaks Spanish, went to her appt with this doctor. Upon arriving, she asked the Spanish-speaking receptionist/assistant that she wanted to let the doctor know she was not comfortable with objecting Botox in her bladder. The assistant came back with a document my mother had to sign—before she signed my mother said, “this isn’t for the Botox, is it?” And the woman said “no-this is for a procedure he’s going to perform to insert a camera.” My mother trusted the word of this woman and signed. The doctor came into the room WITHOUT an interpreter and began to inject the Botox. Never once did he think it was appropriate for him to use an interpreter and discuss the procedure with his patient. Never once did he say, “did you consider what we discussed?” “Do you want to proceed?” “Let me explain the procedure to you?” He was careless and trusted that his untrained staff would handle the Spanish-speaking patient. I am considering initiating a malpractice lawsuit,… given that my mother was very clear she did not want the procedure and was urged to sign the document under false information.

I've been going to see Dr. Aubert for about a year and I am happy I found him because he is really easy to talk to. He puts my mind at ease. Thank you doctor.

He was referred to me by my primary physician at Riverside Medical Clinic

He Sent us to a private lab center which cannot use insurance. When we find him again, he gave us other labs which can use insurance. The problem is he didn't give us the list the first time when we visited. We wasted a whole morning to communicate about insurance thing in the private lab center and whole afternoon to wait him to change it. The problem is we told him we wanted to go to a lab can be covered by insurance. He is so cold-blooded that he only consider about his own interests and sent us to the private lab. So crazy about him. He is not an ethical doctor at all.

Dr. Aubert is great, has preformed two operations on me and i was very happy with both. He takes time to talk and listen to his patients. He has a very sweet nurse as well.
