Dr. Howard Boltansky, MD

Until recently, I had good experiences with Dr. Boltansky and thought he cared about his patients. During my last visit, one of the nurses, Cheryl, was very rude to me and she should not be workIng in the medical field. I wrote a letter to Dr. Boltansky letting him know how I was treated by Cheryl and he did not have the courtesy to respond. Also, at my last visit with Dr. Boltansky, he told me to call his after hours answering service if I was sick again. I got sick again and contacted the answering service as instructed by Dr. Boltansky.. Dr. Boltansky called me back and was rude to me asking me why I was calling. I went to a different doctor who diagnosed me with chronic sinusitis. I called Dr. Boltansky to let him know about my diagnosis and was unprofessional and did not return my call. Dr. Boltansky does not accept insurance and is very expensive. If you are not going to take insurance and charge a lot, you should care more about your patients and be more responsive. I… would not recommend seeing Dr. Boltansky.

Dr. Boltansky is unresponsive and very expensive. His approach appears to be to try random medications with the hope that one will be effective, without any regard of the side effects.

My wife and I have been patients of Dr. Boltansky for many years and with good reason. Expert advice and judgment; warm manner; nice sense humor; listens carefully; responsive to patient concerns; competent and efficient staff. I have not had a better medical experiences in many years.

Probably one of the best Asthma doctors out there. Very professional, very knowledgeable; an exceptional bedside manner; and very high integrity. Highly regarded by his peers; I can say without hesitation that he is a star in his field! His nurses and support staff have been excellent too, highly recommended.
