Back office follow up was not good. I had to call them after a week to get my eye procedure scheduled

The only small complaint I have is that I was about six minutes early and the time was 9:04 or so. I saw a nurse right away and she was through in about four minutes. I didn’t see the doctor for another hour. I thought if I had an early appointment that he wouldn’t be backed up and I wouldn’t have to Waite about her hour to see him

Great group of individuals working at this office. Eye exams are always a pleasant experience.
