Dr. Howard Chipman III, MD, is a board-certified emergency medicine physician with over 20 years of clinical experience serving the Tampa Bay area. He earned his Doctor of Medicine degree from Western University and completed his internship and residency in Emergency Medicine at the University of Florida.
