At his office with my sick mom as a translator he wasn't comfortable with me asking my mom questions in Spanish. At one point he said we can no longer help you here at this office go to the ER where they can understand you better. Kicked us out of the office! Racist? Don't Doctors sign something to prevent this from happening? Will continue my inquires......

If you are on Medicare do not go here. If you are not White in Race stay away. if you want to find out the root of your issue then please ensure you do not go here. If you are ok with taking medication without a proper diagnosis then he may work for you. Horrible bedside manners and doesn't care about his patients.

I can not say enough about how wonderful this experience was! Everything was first class about this practice, from the front office to the doctor visit. This is how every office should model their operation. Kudos to you all.

After dealing with "some of the DR's in this area, it was refreshing to actually meet with a Dr who actually cares for the patient more than the "holy insurance Co's". Even tho the news was not the best to be received by us his caring and positive manner raised up our morale and hopes.

This guy is great. Small nice practice, everyone is super polite and I think Dr Diener is very knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. Went to a large practice before him and hated it!
