Very professional friendly and was treated like family

WORST dentist I Have ever seen!!!! First I walk in and this place is like the house of horrors. (So serious, I almost walked out) Halloween decor everywhere and I don’t mean a little cute stuff oh no, like night of the living dead, black magic over the top.completely unprofessional. So I overlooked it bc everyone has their thing ok. So I go in and start hearing all the office drama. The doctor is tired and mad at the nurses and they scheduled wrong and nonsense. The doctor is rude and has been from the beginning. However I am not there for a friend. I am there for a dentist. So I am like, it’s fine. So they put me under General anesthetia. I wake up mid surgery it’s so horrifying. The pain is unbearable. I start trying to yell, they must have put me back under. Then I wake up and all are gone but the receptionist and the doctor. I’m in INTENSE pain! Completely crying I’m in pain and the doctor rudely goes, “what is hurting?!?” I’m like in and out so I got quiet and a little scared. The… receptionist and him are discussing private matters and I’m laying there shaking I’m hurting so bad. One of the nurses come in and say, “oh he had to get tough with you” I’m like WHAT! I finally get released and I’m hurting so bad my friend who drove me takes me straight to the pharmacy. We get my meds. We go home. I’m swollen and the pills aren’t even touching the pain. I honestly think I should have been in the hospital. So I call the dr office the next day. They tell me it’s normal to hurt but don’t take your pain meds (12 hydrocodone 5 MG and 16 800 MG Motrin) once they are gone they are gone and basically you should be grateful he had to clear out his day because of your 4 hour surgery. Ok so I am a medical student. I am not a doctor yet but a 4 hour surgery and I’m supposed to just walk away as if no pain?!? Is it not the surgeons duty to make you comfortable????!?!??? Anyway so they say if it gets bad go to the ER. Of course I have been to the ER 2 times. They even said this wasn’t done right. Dr. Howard Fisher will be hearing from my lawyer. They aren’t pushing me around because they accept Dentaquest. I was only on it for a brief time because of some things that happened but I am by no means taking this kind of treatment and I am sorry people feel like they have to. I have family that have had several teeth removed at once and never went through any of this. It’s day 5 I’m swollen and still high pain, high fever. Ridiculous

If I could give this place no stars, I really would first of all we sat 2 1/2 hours waiting just to be put back into another waiting room. For more then an hour ! Just to find we were put in a very dirty room where they told me they did surgery all morning!! The room was disgusting there is literally rust all over the chair the cabinets and floors everything so outdated they had their syringes in a plastic container that you can find at dollar tree.. The nurse that was checking my daughters vital signs .. She dropped 4 utensils onto the floor.. That was supposed to be used on my daughter.. Then she picked them up and put them into the tray never wipe them off never clean them.. The head assistant, came into the room never introduced herself didn't wash her hands ( which if she chose to wash her hands the only thing available was a bar of soap no antibacterial soap!!!!! just a bar of soap!! ) and proceeded to pick up what was supposed to be a sterilized utensil that was… previously dropped on the floor.. And was going to use it on my daughter !!!I told the head nurse that I was not comfortable with them proceeding any further.. I never got to see the DDS!! But after the experience with his staff I couldn't imagine a professional run in his business this way ! I would never ever recommend this place to anyone..!! If you love you child or yourself .. Find another DDS!! Believe me it will be worth your drive!!!

My daughter needed a procedure done, and in our local area Dr. Fisher is the only Oral surgeon that takes our insurance. At her consultation Dr. Fisher seemed like a nice man and he seemed to have some nice staff and I specify some staff. The office manager/insurance person is down right rude! Does not want to do anything more than she needs to get by. The insurance needed a narrative and she refused to send it to them cause she didn't think they needed even after I called our insurance and verified what was requested. Thanks to this woman not doing what was asked my daughters insurance denied her procedure. Now my daughter has to wait 2 more months to get a consult with another oral surgeon out of our area. Completely ridiculous!

I needed some major oral surgery done, for dentures required two visits, and had to be put under for deep sedation! My insurance refused to pay for my deep sudation!! ( unbelievable!!). Dr fisher took a major cut on the fees! Which helped me so much!! He was very precessional ! He explained everything to me, even step by step as he was sedating me! The staff was very professional As well! The girls were amazing , making me feel at ease and prepping me for surgery, last but surly not least , the receptionist was very courtesy and polite, I would highly recommend dr fisher and his staff ! Thank you dr fisher and staff! & Samantha for walking thru my in compassionate insurance !! You guys are awesome !!
