I agree with all other comments... Dr. Goodkin took his time talking with me and examining my daughter. He was great about followup and consulting with radiologist and other neurologist to get a consensus on reading her MRI. I highly recommend this doctor!

Dr. Goodkin is easy to talk to and easy to understand, down to earth, kind and caring. He is amazingly fast with follow up. He genuinely cares about his patients. He doesn't talk down to parents or patients. He's busy and you may have to wait for appointments but he's worth the wait.

Dr. Goodkin is obviously well trained. I believe he gave my daughter and I his undivided attention for about one hour. He was thorough, competent, and caring. He copied me on the letter he sent to our pediatrician which was detailed and even captured points of conversation he had with my daughter (made me know he was listening AND taking good notes). I believe we will continue to see Dr. Goodkin as long as my daughter continues to have absence seizures.I did not rate Dr. Goodkin on the ease of getting an appointment because he only has office hours on Monday which obviously results in a longer time to get an appointment--he's worth the wait!

Dr. Goodkin is my daughter's doctor. He has been truly wonderful. He is highly knowledgeable but sincere and caring. He listened to my concerns and thoroughly explained our options. He is extremely professional but friendly as well. The lobby and office and very clean, the office staff and nurses are friendly and efficient. The longest we've waited was 15 minutes, but usually it was around 5 or so. He has helped us find out what was going on in other departments that were not so on top of things. He even looked up directions to a fabric store for me! Talk about going above and beyond!
