Dr. Howard Aaron Ian Kader, MD

My 2 year old has seen doctor Kader twice. My 2 year old is not the best with people, she doesn't like to be touched and you have to go about it carefully to have her react okay. We are working on it and she is getting better. That being said, the first time that she saw doctor Kader she was much better with his nurses. The second time however she only saw Dr. Kader, this was on the 27th of December so right after Christmas. This man asked my 2 year old child if Santa brought her presents and then told her that if she didn't listen Santa would come and take her presents back. Like who does that? What adult, especially a doctor that deals with children, would say something like that to a toddler? I will make sure that everyone I talk to knows not to see Dr. Kader, and I will make sure that even if I have to wait a year to see a doctor I will see any other doctor before I take my children to see doctor Kader.

He is very knowledgeable, always gives you all of your options. He takes time with you so that you never feel rushed. When my daughter was diagnosed with Crohn's, he sat with us and explained everything thoroughly, made himself available to us afterward and didn't rush out of the room right away. He really made sure we had our questions answered. He was so good that we decided to stay with him after the hospital stay even though it was a 45-60 minute trip from our house. We did this until she became an adult and eventually decided that she needed to find an adult dr. He was well worth the drive. WE didn't have too many visits to the clinic because he would see her while she was having her infusions, but when we did it was minimal waits and the staff was very nice.

He was very thorough and asked about my main specific concerns. He gave me options.

Dr. Kader has been treating my son for about 3 years. I trust every decision he makes, love his bed side manners. I would highly recommend him to any parent who has child with health issues.
