The most unpleasant experience! The office is under staffed and unprofessional. HIPA laws were violated. Others electronic records were available while waiting to be seen. Wait time in a gown, unprecedented. Dr blames his office staff mistakes on NS/LIJ rather than apologizing for their ineptness. Belittles patients. Stay away from this office! Have a concern says Dr. Kerpen, "Take it up with the CEO of NS/LIJ. "

Dr. Kerpen treated my dad as a cardiac patient, gave him three testosterone injections and, as far as I can guess, caused his death. Intentionally? No. Irresponsibly? Without doubt.

the office staff is a major hinderance to this practice... the lack of communication and regard for patient privacy and senisitvy to paitent needs is serously lacking..After many compliants to administration -nothing changes the office managers are bullies , and its ran terribly.

This wonderful physician changed my life. I moved out of the area so I haven't been to his office in many years, but I am still grateful to him for his care, patience, and kindness.
