The lady called my name with an attitude and then failed to even greet me at the door. She motioned towards the room for me to go into and never once offered a "hello" or any such greeting. The first complete sentence that came out of her mouth was, "alright, what's wrong with you?" With an attitude. I said, "excuse me?" She replied, "what are you here for, chipped tooth, etc etc etc." Puzzled, I said "I am here for a cleaning and an exam." She said, "is that all?" At this time I was disgusted with the lack of professionalism and courtesy. I did not expect this to happen in a dental office even if it is in the hood. I keep hearing that education is the problem when we have ignorant people. Well, clearly this woman had to be educated to work in this capacity; however, the ignorance was not eradicated as a result of education. The service got worse. I eventually left prior to having my exam done. Stay clear of this place. Even if your experience has been better, mistreatment to one… patient at any dental or professional facility, is mistreatment and disrespect to everyone who spends their hard earned money at that facility. Lets find better. There is much better and we all deserve better. Will not be back at this location!!!!!!!!!
