I have not seen Dr. Mortman recently but he is very gentle and has great hands. I have been to him only for routine checkups/tests. Highly recommend him

I see Dr. Mortman in Sharon CT. He is an amazing doctor. He truly takes the time to listen to my concerns and explains all of my options for making my pregnancy an enjoyable experience, I would never recommend any doctor as much as I recommend him!

The best! Was lucky enough to have him deliver both of my babies. Could not ask for a more professional, caring and attentive doctor.

I was 39 weeks pregnant and started having complications I called the office and was told to immediately report to maternity ward at Sharon hospital. Dr Mortman was not on call, but did stop in to check on me that morning. While he was there my baby went into distress and her heartbeat dropped. He saw the complication and decided to do an emergency csection to prevent any harm to my baby. He was in a suit and tie, and not even supposed to be working. However he went into other room and quickly changed into scrubs and few minutes later delivered my beautiful baby girl!!! He even stopped in every morning to check on me during my stay!! I was terrified and scared to have an emergency csection but I know Dr Mortman made a decision that was best for me and my baby!! I would highly recommend him!!

I went to Dr Mortman on an emergency when my other doctor was out of town. He diagnosed and treated successfully a problem that was making me uncomfortable for years. I switched to him and have been happy.

Dr. Mortman needs to take a course on emotional support and to be able to admit when he makes an error. He prefers his staff over his patients. Dr. Mortman told me his staff is like his family, well, Dr. Mortman WHAT AM I? You should of never said that to me, you need to make your patients feel their life and life of thier unborn child is the most important thing, NOT YOUR STAFF! Dr. Mortman seems like a caring doctor until you run into difficulties. I will not be returning.
