I called several times to make an appointment, Every I call I am transferred to appointment girl who is never available and asks you leave a message to call back. Each time I left a message to call me back for appointment but she never called me back!! Don't care and discriminating attitude!!! I gave up calling nasty office. There are many other good GI docs.

Dr. Rubenstein is a professional! If he needs to tell you something he gets to the point. When you are in his hands you know you will get top notch professional care. Your overall health is his primary concern. That’s all I care about, I don’t need to be coddled I need health, which he provides. Julio Causillas

The WORST customer service I've ever experienced! I was sent here from the ER, at my first attempt to see the doctor I was double booked so they had to reschedule me.. At the second attempt there was suddenly an emergency on their behalf and had to be rescheduled again! Now the third attempt was a clear case of discrimination.. I am permanently in a wheelchair and as soon as I came into the office clearly ON TIME for my appointment, the office manager [Sydney] suddenly claimed the doctor didn't have the time to see me.. I was upset and asked to speak to the doctor that's when my wife and I were kicked out of the office. All this trouble and I still haven't been able to see a doctor! Ridiculous customer service, she deserves to be fired! I will never come to this office again!
