Doctor Sander diagnosed me with ALS three years ago. His thorough professional evaluation and compassionate communication of the diagnosis helped me to get through the initial phase of dealing with this illness. While after 3 years it appears that I have one of the milder forms of this disease I feel remiss not thanking him sooner.

Dr. Sander is kind, wise, and thorough. It is rare these days for a doctor to take his time with you. He is the most comprehensive doctor I have ever seen which shows how much he actually cares about his patients. He is incredibly knowledgeable- his expertise is apparent. Above all, he makes you feel comfortable and he can be trusted.

Dr. Sander is simply one of the best...the kind it's so hard to find these days. A brilliant diagnostician and concerned, caring physician, he will go the extra mile to be sure his patients get the highest level of care. He explains and outlines treatment options in a comprehensive, comprehensible manner, and spends a great deal of time taking a history, doing the exam, and in discussion. On top of all that, he is a warm and compassionate human being. He is in demand from patients and with teaching and administrative roles, so it can take time to get an initial appointment...but he's worth it!

Dr. Sander is an incredible doctor. he was recommended to me back in 2003, when I was losing feeling in my hands and feet. He immediately did tests, and diagnosed me. He made me NORMAL again! I'm still suffering from the same illness, but he has made it easier for me to deal with his constant testing and follow-ups. Great doctor! You won't be disappointed.
