Treated with a complete lack of respect and/or care. I will not ever return.

The staff women in the front desk and billing angel are very rude!!!!!!

I've been a patient of Dr. Schwartz for several years. Recently, I needed prescriptions for precautionary meds (antibiotics, altitude meds) for an upcoming trip. Dr. Schwartz required me to schedule an office visit in order to fill three scripts, none of which are susceptible to abuse. When the billing came through, Medicare indicated that the service was not covered, $472 for 5 minutes in the office. I spoke with the 3rd-party billing agent and was told to ask the doctor's office to resubmit the service as "self-pay." The result was still bad, but only $252. But, after speaking with Dr. Schwartz, he made it clear that they would not ("could not" his words) resubmit the billing. So, I'm on the hook for $472! Time to find a new primary care physician.

I have been seeing Dr Schwartz for about 3 years now. I previously had a long time PCP up north and he advised me to find a PCP here in Jupiter since I’m here 8 months. Dr. Schwartz is the finest PCP I’ve ever had. He takes all the time necessary to meet with and treat you. His follow up is incredible. I have received numerous calls from him personally after visits to make sure I had received everything I needed. After a recent serious diagnosis, he met with my wife and I at the end of the day so he could take as much time as we needed. Wow! He is the most compassionate MD I’ve ever dealt with. One other huge plus. You never wait to see him. On time , every time. Very cordial office staff.

Unfortunately I’ve had similar poor experiences to some of the reviewers here. Dr. Schwartz seemed disinterested in my situation and barely even gave me the time of day. Receptionists/nurses were rude and condescending and quite frankly it did not seem like Dr. Schwartz had any clue what he was talking about.

Dr. Schwartz is the worst Doctor I have ever been to. When I saw him in the office he seemed to be kind. He acted concerned but did not follow up with my situation at all. He referred me to see a Dermatologist because he assumed I had a skin condition, in fact I did. Dr. Schwartz never put this referral into my insurance which caused me to have to pay over $2000 out of pocket. When I reached out to him to see why this was not done he was very rude and said it was not his fault and disconnected the call. I will be finding a different primary care physician asap.

Dr. Schwartz was very brief with me in the examining room. Did not tell me the specific diagnosis when I asked. He acted very superior and condescending and was not concerned about my overall health in general. I would say he was very lacking in a personal bedside manner. In general I felt an arrogance in his demeanor.

Dr. Schwartz is thorough and direct. If you want to be coddled you might be put off, but if you want straight talk from a highly knowledgeable professional, it doesn't get any better.

Dr. is patronizing and condescending in his manner of interaction. Also has an air of being busy, not conducive to feeling like he spends enough time, especially to answer all questions.
