Doctor Silbert is a wonderful doctor. He’s very thorough and speaks clearly. He has a calming nature and very well informed. Thanks Dr. Silbert!!

I liked him and trusted his expertise, however he hasn't returned my calls and emails for almost 5 months. Had to find someone else after not being able to refill my medications.

Have been seeing Dr. Silbert for many years for my medications. His follow-up is excellent -- returns calls within a day -- and renews my medications on time. I trust his knowledge and expertise when we talk about "where I'm at" and what's contributing to my mental/emotional state. He's also up on all the psycho-pharmaceuticals -- and is prudent and conservative when prescribing. Like him very much. He keeps me stable and highly functional.

Needed help adjusting a dosing regimen and Dr. Silbert was patient, thorough, and very kind. He is also accessible to his patients.

Does not return phone calls even when prescription needs to be refilled. Sometimes takes weeks to return phone calls. Has claimed he 'lost his briefcase' with my health information in it or was on 'jury duty' as reason for not returning calls for weeks. Does not offer someone else to contact or a number in case of emergency. Very unprofessional.
